Meet Jess
I am a certified Practical Homeopath (PHom) through the Academy of Practical Homeopathy and the founder of Practical Healing. My passion for homeopathy began at home, as I experienced firsthand how empowering it can be to have gentle, effective options for caring for my own family.
Today, I work with individuals and families using Practical Homeopathy® and the Banerji Protocols as a strong foundation for my work. At the same time, I recognize that every person and every case is unique. When a situation calls for a different approach, I draw from ongoing research, advanced mentorship, and the collective wisdom and clinical experience of homeopaths past and present. I am committed to continually expanding my knowledge and exploring the options that may best support each individual client.
I have a particular passion for supporting children. I want families to know that homeopathy can offer additional options when children are navigating mental and emotional challenges, as well as physical concerns such as eczema, recurrent illness, allergies, digestive difficulties, sleep disturbances, and attention or behavioral challenges. My goal is to help parents feel hopeful and empowered as they explore ways to support their children beyond relying solely on conventional medications.
I believe that people deserve to feel heard, understood, and hopeful about their health. My approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and practical, with an emphasis on creating clear, individualized plans that feel manageable in everyday life.
I live in the Pensacola, Florida area with my husband, daughter, and our dog, Teddy. I work with clients virtually and am currently completing the advanced Mastery Program through the Academy of Practical Homeopathy, with expected completion in December 2026.
